Services Offered

When doing a home inspection, we will enter every accessible space including the attic and crawlspace. We will inspect the roof and exterior envelope of the home. Inspections will include electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning units, all appliances, windows, doors, and any other components that may be present at time of inspection. In most cases, reports that include photographs are provided the same day as the inspection.
