Services Offered

Residential home inspections with a 32 page written report, including pest and radon, for $300.00. Appointments are scheduled at 9 am, 1 pm and 5 pm 7 days a week; and take approximately 2 hours to complete. We use the latest computer technology providing an accurate radon read in 1 hour allowing the test to be supervised and completed during the inspection. Based on the EPA suggested health risk, no buyer should accept an unsupervised test result. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
