Residential & Commercial Inspections. I have a technical engineering and construction background. I use the Palm-Tech software for my reports and deliver the report same day of inspection or by the next morning. I only schedule one inspection per day. I also clean out dryer vents especially the dryer vents that exit the roof of the home. Over a period of time the dryer vent fills up with lint and can cause multiple problems.
