Boundary, topographic, and construction surveying. Subdivisions, site development, road/storm drain, water, sewer and storm water management plans. FEMA elevation certificates and hydraulic/hydrologic analyses of floodplains. Sometimes if I am not busy, handyman, minor construction, gardening. Besides being a licensed surveyor and professional engineer, I have master's degrees in Sanitary Engineering and Architecture.
