Residential property line surveys (A boundary survey as defined by Ohio Law O.A.C. 4733.37 which requires: establishing property lines, setting pins on corners if they are missing, providing a signed and sealed drawing which shows encroachments across property lines). Site Design surveys required for construction such as a new house, home additions or a new garage. The survey can include location of all existing improvements, topography of the land and determination of utilities.
