Shortly thereafter, Richard started selling new furniture. Next Richard purchased his first moving van and started Richard The Mover. In 1954, Richard's moved to Archer Street, in 1964 Richard's outgrew the Archer Street location and purchased the old Lawrence wholesale drug building at 25 Water Street, where Richard's sells only brand new
