I have always loved working with wood. I was in the kitchen and bath business for 22 years. In 1995, my son Chad and I decided to start building Shaker style furniture. Our work area was a 24x30 garage. My mother-in-law did all of my staining. I would travel around in my caravan stopping at shops to sell the furniture.
