We have our own in house property maintenance company that will cut down on the turnover expenses. We conduct inspections of properties every six months or more if needed. We handle procuring tenants through detailed credit checks and criminal background checks. We handle all of your accounting needs from monthly reporting, rent collections, year to date reports, end of year reports etc... All owners can be paid by Direct Depositing the funds into their accounts.
