If the location requested exceeds the aforementioned mileage, a fee in the amount of $2.00 USD will be applied for [each additional mile] thereafter. - Witness waiting fee: If an additional witness is required to authenticate the document and not present at the time of scheduled arrival. A witness waiting fee will commence in the amount of USD $20.00 for every twenty minutes thereafter. - At the request of the consumer, an itemized invoice will be emailed upon request.
