Pretreat chemicals: To the entire ground area where a foundation slab will be poured BEFORE the pour. Then, we provide another application to the entire perimeter of the home’s new foundation following the pour. We also treat driveways, walkways and plumbing cutouts as needed. Finally, upon homeowner occupancy, we’re available to provide the homeowner an initial pest control service treatment program upon request.
